Wanting to end 2020 on a high, team Videoloft decided to hold an exclusive awards ceremony for their security industry partners. And it really was exclusive, due to Covid-19 restrictions none of the partners could attend!
But Videoloft didn’t want Coronavirus to spoil their fun, so they held a virtual voting meeting with all employees to help decide which lucky partners were in with a chance of winning. After passionate pitches from the Videoloft sales and business development team, the Videoloft employees decided that the following partners were the most deserving…drum roll please…
Best distributor – Epcom
Epcom is a worldwide leading distributor for wireless and security systems. They sell a full white label solution of the Videoloft platform under the brand Epcom Cloud, through their website and 19 distribution centers. In 2020, they have continued to educate their customer base on the importance and benefits of cloud video surveillance and in doing so they have introduced Epcom Cloud to a wide variety of end users across Mexico, Central and South America.
Best partner – Alertwatch
Alertwatch became a Videoloft partner at the start of the year and have successfully grown their customer base despite the Covid-19 restrictions they have faced. Their innovative approach combining the leasing of cloud based CCTV systems, recording directly to the cloud with no local recorder and door-to-door commercial and residential outbound sales makes them a fantastic partner to work with.
Best white label-er’ – Sitesec
Sitesec has been a Videoloft partner since 2018. They provide the Australian construction, property management and agricultural sectors with temporary, robust and remote security and monitoring platforms; all under the Sitesec brand with a whitelabel of the Videoloft software platform. Their refined product proposition and high spec remote monitoring systems make them a particularly interesting and fun partner to work with.
Best new partner – Security Cameras of Columbus
While the Videoloft team first met Security Cameras of Columbus at ISC West in April 2019, the Videoloft platform didn’t work with their preferred camera manufacturer of choice – Uniview. With Videoloft’s ONVIF integration, this restriction disappeared and Security Cameras of Columbus set up their first subscriber with Videoloft in September 2020. Hot on the heels of this first installation, their second Videoloft customer is now also up and running. They are a forward-looking partner who understand the benefits cloud video brings to keeping their customers’ homes and businesses safe. We look forward to working more closely with them in the year ahead.
While these partners are deserving award winners, who will soon receive an incredibly tasteful Videoloft Awards 2020 plaque to place on their walls with pride, the whole Videoloft team would like to thank every single one of their distributor, installer, integrator and dealer partners for their continued support during this crazy year. Here’s to 2021!
