How Bubbleology uses Videoloft to enhance their surveillance system
The requirement
Bubbleology, a popular bubble tea chain with locations in London, Edinburgh, Reading, Manchester and Bristol, faced challenges in managing their surveillance system across eight sites. With cameras from brands such as Dahua and Hikvision, the main driver was to achieve centralized access to the footage, eliminating the need for managing single NVRs locally.
The solution
Bubbleology transitioned their surveillance system to Videoloft to provide centralized multi-user access, enabling users to monitor footage from any location and assign different access levels to various users. Videoloft’s camera health alerts help Bubbleology know the status of their NVRs and the offsite cloud storage ensures them that recordings are secure.
