iFire UK were looking for a cloud backup solution for their clients - Recycled Packaging Limited, after their insurance company requested that all their CCTV footage be backed up to the cloud. Recycled Packaging Limited is a multi site recycling plant based in Scotland.
Recycled Packaging Limited has 5 sites, and each site has around 15 - 25 Hikvision cameras. Videoloft has done a full integration with Hikvision’s API meaning we can support almost all models of Hikvision IP cameras, NVRs and DVRs. As a result, and after exploring a few different options, iFire UK chose the Videoloft cloud platform for their client.
The Videoloft cloud solution means that Recycled Packaging Limited not only have a cloud back-up disaster recovery solution, but they’re also fully compliant with their insurance policy.
In addition to the offsite storage capabilities, there are many other benefits of installing Videoloft’s cloud-based platform including multi-user permissions, recording scheduling, push notifications when motion is detected and much more!
